Molten steel sampler is widely used in steelmaking electric furnace, converter, continuous casting, secondary refining and other process. The rapidly extracted steel sample is used for component analysis by spectrometer.

Sampling success rate of our company is more than 98%, steel sample is full, dense and lustrous, and there is no pore. Sampler style can be made according to user's requirements. The main features and scope of application are used for rapid extraction of formed steel samples for spectral analysis. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure and convenient application.

Key Parameters for Attention


  • Samplers must be protected from dampness during storage.
  • Molten steel must be sampled at temperatures above 1400C.
  • Avoid strong vibration to prevent quartz tube from breaking.
  • Aluminum sampler is used as deoxidizer for steel sample with high oxygen content.
  • Aluminum-free sampler is used as deoxidizer-free sampler for steel sample with low oxygen content.
